Traditional Talk therapy
My practice uses traditional talk therapies such as humanistic approaches, Narrative therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Strength based approaches plus many more.
Creative approaches
I like to incorporate Creative Therapy into my practice, using drawing, clay, sandtray and art therapy for those clients who are interested in working with different mediums.

My approach is pluralistic which means I work with your needs in a way that suits you best. I beleive that you have the strengths in you to find your own solutions, it is my role as a counsellor to empower you to find them.
